Inability to verify email account on a different device

I’m writing this to document a bug experienced by @Hamza when trying to sign up.

Apparently, during account creation, the verification link needs to be accessed on the same device on which the account creation was started.
In Hamza’s case, the account was created on a PC but verification failed when attempted both on an Andrioid mobile device as well as on another PC.
Not sure if this is a bug or not? But this might reduce the number of people that get access to the FORUM. Especially those working on official devices.
